Who these docs are for

Workspace owners and admins use the setup guide to configure AI, knowledge, embed chat, email, and team access. Agents and specialists can use the same guide to find Conversations, Playground, and Knowledge Base. Anyone reviewing support performance should read the analytics metrics reference before building saved reports.

Quick start

  1. Sign up and complete the owner onboarding wizard (AI key, optional team invite).
  2. Add knowledge at /knowledge-base, then test in the AI Playground.
  3. Deploy the embed widget from /embed-assistant or connect email under /integrations.
  4. Handle tickets in /conversations and measure results in /analytics.
